I’m not your typical consultant. I’m a consultant, coach & entrepreneur. Hi, I am Kai.
First time I thought about starting my own business was in 2010, my last year at uni. But I didn't know anything about business. I studied Sport Medicine & Psychology.
The bright side was: I knew already what I am good at.
In 2013 I started my first full-time employment. But the first 2 years showed me that not my skills decided whether I could succeed or not but WHOSE side I was on.
I was never on nobody's side. My first job I got kicked out because I was a threat to the CEO.
I left my second job after only 9 months because they told me, I should keep my feet still for the first 4 years.
2015 I dared the leap into consulting. I lost the independence & autonomy that I had before. Now, only 10% of my day-to-day I could work in my strong suit.
2018 I switched to work in a big international corporate consultancy. Yet again I realized: It's more about corporate politics than about who's more capable.
That's when, finally, in 2020 I started my own business.
Since then I help other to avoid the mistakes that took me 10 years to dare the leap into starting my own business.

Today, I work on my terms with like-minded jack-of-all-trades. I get to travel 4-5x per year and earn 200k. That's more than double of what I earned as an employee. And I show you, how you can live on your terms, too.
